Selective Heat Sintering (SHS)

SHS™ technology uses a thermal printhead as opposed to a laser in SLS machines. The thermal printhead applies heat on layers of thermoplastic powder in the build chamber.

SHS works by applying heat on layers of thermoplastic powder, allowing the free forming of any complex geometrical shape with the minimum wall thickness of 1 mm. Thermoplastic powder optimized to work with this technology. Monochrome white.

SHS technology provides finished, high-quality parts for presentations of fully formed designs, to scale or otherwise. It is also an easy-to-use model creator for designs in progress. it is ideal for developing new industrial products creating fully functional samples of prototypes becomes easy, while the tough and strong finished prints are ready for tests and use in practice, before putting the final product into production.
